In 2014, she was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year and a Women’s and Children’s Alliance TWIN (Tribute to Women and Industry) Award honoree.
She and her husband are active members of the community with volunteerism playing an important role in their lives. In addition to her work with the WCA, Tracy enjoys her role as a board member and Treasurer of SNIP (Spay Neuter Idaho Pets, Inc.) and as a member of the Go Red Executive Leadership Team and Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley. Her favorite activities include spending time with her two children and running in the foothills with her dogs.
