CEO Jessica Flynn co-founded Red Sky after a career in journalism and a stint leading global communications for an all-season resort. Jessica’s strengths lie in her journalism roots, which enable her to ask the tough questions, seek creative solutions to communication challenges and incorporate multimedia and social elements into highly successful public relations campaigns on behalf of clients large and small, local and global.
A frequently requested speaker, Jessica provides strategy and leadership for Red Sky’s Promotion of Place clients and leads the agency’s training and coaching programs. She is recognized for her expertise in brand journalism and leveraging earned and owned media opportunities.
Prior to jumping into the entrepreneurial pool with Red Sky, Flynn was the first Communications Manager for Idaho’s Tamarack Resort, responsible for a global public relations effort to promote the destination resort. Her role included providing strategic counsel to senior management for crisis communications, public affairs and internal communications initiatives.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she holds a degree in broadcast journalism and worked as a news producer and executive producer in Boise, Austin and Pittsburgh, where she was honored with an Emmy. She prides herself on being a seed sower, narrator and connector, and gives back to her community through involvement on the following boards: City Club of Boise, Go Lead Idaho, Boise Valley Economic Partnership and the City of Boise Visual Arts Advisory Committee. Flynn is a multi-award winning member of the Idaho Press Club, a recipient of the Idaho Business Review’s Woman of the Year and Accomplished Under 40 awards, Boise Young Professionals’ Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 2010 and one of the Idaho Business Review’s CEOs of Influence for 2011.

Chief Executive Officer
With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and human resources, Tracy Bresina manages all aspects of Red Sky’s business operations, including finance and administration. As a co-owner, Tracy enjoys the strategic role she plays in the agency’s daily operations and future direction. She also leads employee relations and other efforts, enabling the team to deliver the best communications, counsel and client service possible.
Tracy has a strong background in the healthcare industry, having worked at St. Alphonsus Nephrology Center, Idaho Nephrology Associates and Intermountain Orthopaedics as the Human Resources Manager for a company of 160 employees. This path eventually led her to Red Sky, where she’s able to work in a creative field while utilizing her background in business and employee management.
Born and raised in Montana, Tracy ventured to Idaho to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Boise State University. In 2014, she was named an Idaho Business Review Women of the Year and a Women’s and Children’s Alliance TWIN (Tribute to Women and Industry) Award honoree.
She and her husband are active members of the community with volunteerism playing an important role in their lives. In addition to her work with the WCA, Tracy enjoys her role as a board member and Treasurer of SNIP (Spay Neuter Idaho Pets, Inc.) and as a member of the Go Red Executive Leadership Team and Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley. Her favorite activities include spending time with her two children and running in the foothills with her three dogs.

Chief Financial Officer
Chad Biggs feeds a lifelong obsession with storytelling by helping clients capture and meaningfully share their stories with the people that matter. As Red Sky’s Chief Content Officer, Chad’s work is driven by a deference to the written word and his innate ability to craft an acute, concise message for clients ranging from healthcare to technology to heavy equipment.
Shortly after starting his communications career at Albertsons, Biggs was soon responsible for developing a wide range of content and coordinating video, electronic and print media to reach a company-wide audience of 250,000 associates. Biggs also played a critical role in providing transition updates and delivering award-winning communications to employees during the company’s $17B acquisition.
Today, Biggs supports organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 businesses with strategic counsel, content development, communication planning and implementation. His experience spans all internal and external communication channels including media relations, social media, marketing communication, crisis planning and internal stakeholder messaging.
In his current role, Biggs leads Red Sky’s content development efforts ranging from content marketing and media outreach initiatives to expanding the bandwidth of a global technology company’s internal communications team. He partners with clients to understand the needs of their audience to set content strategies, develop editorial calendar processes and map out the best approach and messages to engage them.
When Biggs isn’t obsessing over sentences or consuming a new story, he is either being schooled in the kitchen by his wife, listening to his daughter read, chasing after his young son or trying to wear down their Great Pyrenees — often all at once.

Chief Content Officer
Lynda Bruns is a senior marketing executive with more than 20 years of international experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer segments. She brings a comprehensive understanding of the diversity of global promotions and branding, including strategic research and planning, competitive analysis and integrated marketing across all channels.
Prior to joining the Red Sky team, Lynda was the VP, Director of Client Service for Publicis Boise, owned by the Global Marketing network Publicis Groupe, responsible for managing all agency operations. She led the team that developed integrated marketing communications for all divisions of Hewlett-Packard. Her role included providing strategic guidance to existing clients to ensure successful marketing initiatives and leveraging global relationships to deliver against business goals.
A native of Scotland, Lynda prides herself on giving back to her community through involvement with the Women’s and Children’s Alliance.

Vice President of Client Service
Amanda is a process person. She enjoys looking at a situation from a 50,000-foot view and then boiling it down into possibilities, an actionable plan and — most importantly — translating that plan into results. Her experience in public relations spans public, private and nonprofit sectors specializing in messaging, crisis planning and response, stakeholder engagement and project management.
Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Idaho. She is an active volunteer in the community serving as a board member for the March of Dimes and Camp Rainbow Gold, as well as giving time to a number of other nonprofit causes. In 2013, she was honored as one of the Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under Forty. Amanda is passionate about her city, eating and drinking local, live music and exploring life outside with her husband and their two vizslas.

Senior Account Executive
As Senior Content Strategist, Bryan helps advance the vision and development of content for client and agency initiatives. Passionate about consistent, error-free messaging, Bryan plans, writes and edits engaging, on-brand and audience-specific copy for Red Sky and our clients.
With a diverse advertising and marketing communications background spanning multiple industries and segments, Bryan has the unique experience of working on both the account and creative side of the business, giving him a rare perspective into the creative process and meeting client needs. Prior to joining Red Sky, Bryan was a lead copywriter at Scentsy, owning content strategy and development efforts for the Velata brand of kitchen system and food products.
Bryan launched his career in Portland, working in advertising and software before relocating to Boise, where he managed several client accounts — including Albertsons, HP, Kohler and CCA Global Partners — for agencies Duncan & Associates, Oliver Russell and Balihoo Creative.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Portland. When he’s not working or enjoying the great outdoors with his family, Bryan is a weekend warrior competing in running events and playing competitive league tennis.

Senior Content Strategist
Gloria Miller is Red Sky’s “woo.” Upbeat, energetic and ready for anything, she excels at media relations, event planning and client service and has steadily risen through the ranks, advancing from intern to account executive.
Gloria has served as both strategist and tactical support for a variety of Red Sky clients, leading accounts ranging from Fortune 50 companies to local nonprofits and everything in between. Her efforts have been recognized with numerous awards from the Idaho Press Club, Boise Advertising Federation and Capital City Communicators.
Gloria holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in public relations from Boise State University and serves as a board member for the Boise Advertising Federation as the Community Relations Strategist.
Away from the office, Gloria enjoys catching up on the latest Sasquatch documentaries with her husband, dressing their two daughters in the biggest and brightest tutus and exploring as many wine varietals as humanly possible.

Leveraging her marketing, communication, social media and event management background, Amber Broeckel supports multiple clients in her role as Account Executive. Prior to joining Red Sky, she interned with the Community Transportation Association of Idaho (CTAI), where she helped organize their fall conference and ensured CTAI maintained a consistent online voice through its social media channels and website. Amber also worked with the Boise State University Transportation and Parking Department as a marketing coordinator.
Amber has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boise State University. Through her education and work experience, she has developed a love for networking and organizing events and is excited to learn more at Red Sky.
Amber attributes her traits of hard work and persistence to being raised in the small farming town of Colfax, Washington.

Account Coordinator Marissa Lovell has continuously sought excitement and exploration in her life. Growing up on a wheat farm in the small town of Pendleton, Oregon, her thirst for a new endeavor led her to attend Boise State University. As a student, she worked as a marketing assistant for the Student Affairs Marketing Department where she helped to establish consistent communication between departments and promote campus events. She also interned with Neighborhood Housing Services, helping plan and execute Rake Up Boise — one of the largest volunteer events in the state.
An intuitive narrator, Marissa values the inevitable power of words. Leveraging her passion of writing and curiosity of our ever-changing world, she works to create content to inspire, discover and tell stories that matter. An outdoor opportunist, animal lover and natural creator, she enjoys spending her free time running trails, getting lost in a book, re-purposing thrift store finds and exploring the Gem State. Marissa holds a B.A. in organizational and relational communication.
